📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Fees:

• Standard Shipping: $10 (3–7 business days)

• Overnight Shipping: $40 (available on in-stock items only; excludes weekends)

Please note: Overnight shipping applies after the processing time is completed.

If you select Store Pickup and your items are in stock, your order will be ready within 24 hours (business days only).

❌ Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products — including raw and virgin hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals — all sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an error was made on behalf of Jocelyn Janay’s Hair Collection (e.g., incorrect item shipped). If this occurs, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
